Barlaston Golf Club nestles alongside the River Trent just south of Stoke on Trent, in Staffordshire - about 1 hour drive from Birmingham or Manchester.
Designed by Peter Alliss in 1977, built on rolling meadowland, the course is described as a 'little beauty'.
